I can’t communicate with my parents literally. This language barrier is becoming apparent as I start to talk to them more.

Let go. I have this problem where I think whenever I have a problem I need to get it out or else I’ll have it bottled up and die. But quite honestly no one cares and I make the worst of my problems so I just need to let go of them.
